Hey Everyone,
RambleSAHM here introducing our
new blogger for Tasty Tuesdays! Meet Food Snob STL. She
will be bringing us some tasty recipes and sometimes a giveaway each and every
Tuesday. I am so excited that Food Snob STL has agreed to hop on board! I
myself love to cook but find it hard to come up with recipes.
So let us begin with our first recipe
and giveaway from Food Snob STL Fruit Salsa!
Friday nights during the summer are for sitting on the patio, chatting with friends, unwinding from the week. They are for chips and salsa and drinks. Friday nights are for laughing and relaxing and staying up later than normal. Summer is for homemade salsa, homemade fruit salsa to be exact. If you've never had fruit salsa, I encourage you to give it a try. I know it might seem odd, fruit in salsa, but the salty sweet combo is refreshing and delicious!
Fruit Salsa:
1 fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 fresh mango, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 2/3 package Ms. Wages Fruit Cilantro Salsa Mix Directions: Stir everything together in a large bowl and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Pairs great with fish tacos, grilled chicken or just tortilla chips.
I brought this salsa to a friend's house for dinner. Every single person there raved about it. Every. Single. One. The seasoning packet was sent to me from Ms. Wages.
I can tell you that I will be buying more of it to make more of this salsa!
Ms. Wages makes a large line of natural salsa, guacamole and other seasonings. You can check out all of their products here: http://www.mrswages.com.
Giveaway:
Are you interested in trying some of them out for yourself? Enter below to win a variety package of 8 different Ms. Wages salsa and guacamole seasoning packets. The giveaway will run until Tuesday, June 26th at 12:01 am EST and is open to U.S. Residents only.
