Tasty Tuesday Strawberry Banana Popsicles Recipe by @FoodSnobSTL

It's time for another Tasty Tuesday from Food Snob STL!!

It's been like 110 degrees around here. I wish I was being dramatic, but I'm not. It has seriously been over 100 degrees for the past 4 days. I'm avoiding leaving the house, rocking frizzy hair and eating lots of popsicles.

When I was pregnant with baby snob, I ate a ton of popsicles. Unfortunately, most popsicles have lots of sugar and food dyes - two things I tried to avoid during pregnancy. So, I tried to buy the "all fruit" popsicles, but those can be pricey. Well I got a hankering for popsicles again, no I am not pregnant, I decided it was best to just make my own.

Strawberry Banana Popsicles:
Makes enough to fill 6 molds
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
2 medium bananas, sliced

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight or approximately 12 hours
(if you use frozen strawberries, you can freeze them for only 6 hours).

I'm so glad I bought a popsicle mold. If you're curious, this is the one I got. It's worked out great so far. Next up, boozy popsicles!!
