What if something far worse goes wrong?
Written in the relentless style for which Brandilyn Collins is known, Double Blind is a psychological thriller with mind-bending twists. Lisa faces choices that drive her to the brink, and one wrong move could cost the lives of many.
About the author:
Brandilyn Collins is a best-selling novelist known for her trademark Seatbelt Suspense®. Do you have a suspense lover on your Christmas list? Double Blind would be the perfect gift for them! Brandilyn once again writes an intriguing story about an ailment that strikes many. There is a deliciously sinister element that turns this from an average read to a heart pumping adventure.
Lisa Newberry has been through her share of overwhelming tragedies. She now suffers from a very debilitating case of depression. It seems that no matter what she does, she just can’t seem to shake it. An experimental surgery to implant a brain chip seems to hold the answer.
At first it appears to be the miracle cure, but then she begins to have strange visions. Of course since it is a Brandilyn Collins novel, these visions are about a violent murder. The twists and turns in this story are mind blowing.
These visions at first seemed a little “woo woo” out there for my tastes. I’ve been a Collins fan for some time so I should have known better. The conclusion brought it all together and made perfect sense. The best part of course was that I was on the edge of my seat right up to the end! (Don’t you hate it when you figure out a suspense book early on?) If you like to be creeped out but at the same time reminded that God is sovereign over every situation . . . pick up a copy of this book and enjoy!
