Tasty Tuesday ~ Pumpkin Quinoa Parfaits!
Hi Tasty Tuesday readers! It's Laura from Food Snob St. Louis. I actually have another quinoa recipe, but if you have been following for a while you know that I'm still my way through a 5 pound bag of quinoa from Costco. So far, I've made cookies, granola and a salad, and about half of the bag is gone. This week, I wanted to try something for breakfast. A make-ahead breakfast recipe was high on my priority list since I'm officially a month out from the due date of our next little Baby Snob!
