Our Thoughts:

Tonka is a brand that I grew up with and is still a brand I trust. When I think of Tonka I think of their yellow steel dump truck. I remember my brothers each had one and how for hours they would play with them in the back yard.

Now as a mom to two boys I knew that Tonka would be a brand for my boys. I love all of the Tonka products and love how they keep expanding their line to new products.

For review we received the Tonka Mighty Fleet Police Car. Little M is into Police officers and loves to pretend he is one. When we got the Tonka Mighty Fleet Police Car in the mail Little M played with it all day. He took it outside, drove it across the yard and then into to his club house to slide down the slide.

I love how Tonka understands how boys want to play and makes good quality trucks and cars. I really like that Little M can be rough with Tonka toys and they are not going to break. Little M really likes that the police car makes siren noises.

Bottom line, I love that Tonka has been around 65 years. I love that boys can be boys while playing with Tonka. I love that Tonka toys are built to last. I also love the idea of Tonka getting back to its roots and hope that means a real steal line!
