When I was pregnant with Peyton I knew I wanted to breastfeed. Well, my pregnancy with her was crazy from the moment those 2 pink lines showed up. Hyperemisis, high blood pressure, pre eclampsia and hellp syndrome. Those all led to an early delivery at 27weeks 5days. Since I knew I wanted to nurse her the Nurses had me pump and they froze my milk for me so that when she was able to "eat" she would have breastmilk aka " liquid gold."

The advised me to pump at home and freeze my milk. I was lost. Upon discharge from the hospital Hubs and I headed right to Babies R US to purchase a breast pump.

Since I have used a Lansinoh breast pump before I had no trouble assembling and disassembling the pump at all.
