Tasty Tuesday ~ Margarita Cheesecake

Welcome to Tasty Tuesdays with Food Snob St. Louis! Today I'm going to talk cheesecake. I used to think I didn't like cheesecake (ha!). Then I had my first slice of vanilla cheesecake with fresh strawberry topping, and let's just say, I've never turned down a slice of cheesecake since.

I'm also super intimidated about making cheesecake. There are fancy pans and water baths and worries about it sinking in the middle. Alas, I have discovered that you can make a simple cheesecake without any of those concerns or worries.

 

This particular cheesecake is a margarita cheesecake - the perfect sweet ending to a summer taco night. Or, if you prefer, you can always leave out the alcohol and have a lime cheesecake. Head on over to Food Snob St. Louis today for the recipe!
