My Thoughts
By far this is our favorite new addition to our Christmas book collection. For many years now we have been using The Jesus Storybook Bible to do our nightly Advent readings. We printed off the corresponding ornaments. Jazzed them up a bit and enjoyed the readings and the adding an ornament to the tree each night.
Well as time would have it, the kids are steadily getting older and for the past year or two we've been thinking that we needed just a little something extra. Zonderkidz must have heard us because they came up with this perfect companion piece.
This new book includes pop out ornaments, games, recipes, craft projects, songs and much more. The lovely part is that the directions are clear and each day's activity is fun but also very doable for the overloaded mom during this season.
If it's only in the budget to add one book this season . . . get this one!
