Joovy Caboose VaryLight It's Just Right!

I have wanted a stroller that goes from double to single for a long time. The seasons of motherhood change so quickly. When our first child was born I got a single stroller. Then the second child came along and we purchased a double stroller. Now I have one child that is still young enough to ride but the older one wants to walk. But if we are on a big outing he does tend to get tired but does not really want to sit in the double. Like many parents with children of differing ages and stages I started looking at the Caboose by Joovy.

As you probably already know Joovy is the king when it comes to stand-on tandem strollers and they just set the bar even higher with the Joovy Caboose VaryLight Stroller! Honestly, there is nothing on the market that even comes close to meeting all the features of the Joovy Caboose VaryLight.

The insider scoop that I received before getting this stroller was that Joovy basically listened to everything their customers loved and hated about the caboose line and from there built the ultimate tandem with upgrades aplenty! Seriously, this Joovy Caboose VaryLight has THIRTEEN different ways to use this stroller.

I love that if you bought this stroller with your first child you wouldn’t have to buy another stroller. I also love how this stroller can be a double for infants close in age or children years apart. In the past I have avoided inline strollers like the plague because it feels like you are pushing a train. However, the Joovy Caboose VaryLight is as easy as pushing my side-by-side double and believe me I never thought I would say that.

I loved this stroller so much that I let my friends test it out and gave them my word that they would love it. All were impressed and in the mommy world this doesn’t happen very often. Some moms will rave while others will find something missing. Yet the Joovy Caboose VaryLight was a crowd pleaser.

One feature I found that had a learning curve was the one handed fold. I have had this stroller for several months and still cannot fold it with one hand. My husband can fold it with one hand so in all fairness I would say my small hands may never fold a stroller with one hand. This is not something I feel even matters but wanted to be honest as it is a feature listed.

I felt that the description on the Joovy website was accurate after reviewing this stroller in person and would recommend this stroller actually, I already do!

Room For Two ~ Joovy Caboose Too Ultralight Review #BabyExtravaganza

The following Joovy Caboose Too Ultralight review was written by Trisha of Momma T and Family who was provided with a Joovy Caboose Too Ultralight for the Baby Extravaganza Event which is being co-hosted by Momma T and FamilyRambles of a SAHMMy Four Littles and Party of 5! You can read her review below!

Here is Trisha with her review of the Joovy Caboose Too Ultralight This is a stroller that I myself am looking into. Enjoy!

Before I had E, I never thought that I would have any use for a double stroller. I mean, I wasn't a mother of two and wasn't giving birth to twins so a single stroller would suit us, right? Well, On the the day E was born, eleven hours later my nephew Ryan entered the world as well. Yes, That's right, they were born on the same day!

I'll sometimes babysit Ryan and my family frequently attends events, parties, and has outings together so I quickly came to realize how convenient it would be to own a double stroller for both E and Ryan and something I could use withe my nephew Angel as well.

7 A.M. ENFANT Blanket DUO ~ Review & Giveaway #BabyExtravaganza

About the 7 A.M. ENFANT Blanket DUO :

The Blanket DUO is 7 A.M.® Enfant’s cozy accessory for double strollers. The bottom portion slips over the stroller frame and can be tightened with an elastic drawstring to hold it in place. A center zipper allows children to easily climb in and out of the stroller, one at a time or together.  A water-repellent finish covers the shell, providing protection from wind and rain with minimal bulk. The blanket is lined with soft fleece that retains heat and will hold up to numerous trips to the washing machine.

The Blanket DUO features:
  • Fleece lining
  • Easily rolls up and folds in half for easy storage and transport
  • Hook and loop straps attach the product to the stroller frame
  • Toggled, elastic drawstrings on top and bottom ensure a snug fit on any double stroller
  • Water-repellent, breathable shell
  • Ultra-soft, premium blend polyester fill locks in heat

My thoughts:

I love to take my boys outside whenever possible. In Missouri it can get really cold but my boys still want to go for a stroll. Our double stroller comes with foot muffs but they are not quite warm enough.  We also have tried blankets but they fall off and we end up running them over.

I was looking for a solution to our problem when I came across 7AM ENFANT. I loved the color choices and they looked so warm and cozy. We also go to theme parks often where my boys need to stay warm and be able to get in and out of the stroller for rides. I choose the DUO stroller blanket since we use our double stroller most often.

When the DUO blanket came I was glad to see it was made for cold and wet weather that would hold up well.  My favorite part is that it is machine washable since my boys eat in the stroller a lot and end up spilling something. The bottom part of the blanket is water-repellent which is great since my boys shoes get wet or muddy.

The two front pockets are great to store snacks or a diaper and wipes. The blanket zips down the center making it easy for my boys to get in and out of. I really like that the blanket comes with elastic drawstrings and straps so it can fit any stroller.

Overall I am very happy with my DUO blanket. It is warm, washes well and stays on the stroller!

My thoughts:

When I was contacted to do a review for CityGrips I was pretty excited! You see I am addicted to baby gear and making sure I am in style. Just because I am a mom doesn’t mean I have to sacrifice style. This is why I was excited to try CityGrips so I could pimp out my strollers!

You see a mom’s stroller is like a man’s sports car. Moms want the top of the line for their babies and it doesn’t hurt to make other moms have stroller envy either. I love their cute designs that make my strollers stand out.

On a completely different note I love that my hands stay clean and I can wash my CityGrips whenever they get dirty. So for me what makes CityGrips a winner is that first it’s a fashion statement that sit me apart and also it’s much cleaner since I can wash the CityGrips!

Review for Stroll-Air My Duo Green Double Stroller @StrollAir

About Stroll-Air:

Stroll-Air specializes in developing innovative products for babies and their caregivers. Most products are developed and designed by the owner, Agata Majerski, who is a mother of 3 boys. Influenced by European upbringing, and inspired by dedication and love for her children, she constantly looks for new and unique ways to develop innovative and fashionable products that help parents stay organized. Following current fashion trends, the originality and functionality of each product are always the fundamental ideas in development process.

"Innovation is only a way to the goal. Not the goal in itself.
Once we get very close to the goal we raise the limit and set a new one."

Our thoughts:

I have had the Stroll Air My Duo for a month now and boy oh boy I’m in love! This stroller was so well thought out in design it’s no wonder a mom thought of it! It honestly has every feature a Mom or Dad of two needs.

My overall honest opinion:

First let me admit I love this stroller! We have taken it for walks around the neighborhood, Parks, Shopping, and to Silver Dollar City. At all places this stroller preformed amazingly well.

One of the places that I was most impressed with Stroll-Air performance was on Silver Dollar City’s hills, when I apply the brake on a hill the stroller stayed locked in place. This was very impressive as the stroller was fully loaded. I witnessed other double and single strollers slipping with the brakes on.

One thing I would love to see Stroll-Air add would be a hand brake for going down steep hills. When the stroller is fully loaded it can pick up speed and take you with it so a hand brake would be fantastic.

The Stroll-Air MyDuo goes over grass and gravel with ease. I can maneuver the stroller one handed while fully loaded. Also the fully reclined seats makes diaper changes quick and easy. The canopies block both sun and wind.

Things I would love to see from Stroll-Air:
A hand brake and a runaway strap for steep hills would be nice. The design of the stroller is fantastic; easy fold, fits through doors, and has a great push. Since the stroller has a near perfect design the only thing Stroll-Air could do is add more color choices!

Many thanks to Stroll-Air for sending us the Stroll-Air My Duo in green!
