Happy New Year Rambles of a SAHM readers! It's Laura from Food Snob St. Louis, and I'm back with our first installment of Tasty Tuesdays in 2014.

Did you make any resolutions or goals for 2014? My big goal in 2014 is to rest more. In full pursuit of this goal, I'm putting my best foot forward toward meal planning and prepping for the week in just a few hours.

Rather than spending an hour or so each night cooking dinner, I'd much prefer to spend 3 hours on Saturday afternoon prepping for the week's dinners that can be prepared on any given day in 30 minutes or less. I've created a plan that allows me to do just this! My plan even allows for Sundays to have NO COOKING at all!
